I just read your article “Way of the Agile Warrior” in the March edition of the PragPub magazine. This was a powerful article to say the least. I never translated trust to faster deliver times but it makes all the sense in the world to me know. I’m currently on assignment at a company that is FDA regulated. They are paper…I mean process intensive as you would expect. Do you think agile practices can fit in such an environment? I would love to hear your thoughts and/or experiences about this subject. Any additional literature you could point me to would also be great. Thank you for sharing you knowledge!
